1. Payments received beyond 15 days after the committed date will attract an interest as per agreement/registration form

4. Cancellation of bookings will attract Rs.2,00,000/- (Rs. Two Lakh) as cancellation charges.
5. No Interest for Refund.
6. The company reserves the right to add, modify or alter any of the above conditions at any time, which will take effect only for prospective allottees.
